To print drop/transfer notices
  1. On the courses menu, click Semesters.

  2. Click GO to execute the search and display the list of semesters.

  3. If needed, use the search filters to locate the semester for which you want to print notices, and then click the Edit button next to the semester.

  4. Click the Print Drop/Transfer Notices link at the top of the page to print drop/transfer notice letters for students who have dropped from or transferred from programs within this group.

    The Print Drop/Transfer Notices page displays.

  1. Use the check-boxes next to each student's name to choose to print or not print a confirmation letter.

  2. Click the Print button.

  3. After the drop/transfer notices have printed, do the following.

    1. Use the report navigation buttons to view the individual letters.

    2. In the Update Printed Flags For These Students section, select the check-box next to the students you want to mark as "drop/transfer notice printed".

  4. After updating printed flags, click the Save button.

  5. Click OK to confirm your selection.
