The Memberships tab is available on the Edit Account page and the Edit Contact page.

From the Edit Account page you can view memberships purchased by the account as well as purchase new memberships.

Click Purchase membership... at the bottom of the grid to add a note to the contact.

From the Edit Contact page you can view memberships purchased by the account and assigned to the contact.

To edit Membership information for a contact
  1. Click on the Memberships tab on the Edit Contact page or the Edit Account page.

  2. Click the Edit button to the right of the membership you want to change.

  3. Click the Renew Membership link to renew the membership.

  4. Click the Cancel Membership link to cancel the membership.

  1. Click in the Start Date box to change the membership start date for the contact.

  2. Click in the End Date box to change the membership end date for the contact.

  3. In the Contacts tab, select the contact(s) to which the membership should apply.

NOTE: Some memberships are created to allow multiple contacts, some only allow one contact.

  1. Click the Comments tab to include any information about the membership as it pertains to this account or contact.

  2. Click the Save   button to save the information.
