1. From the
Create menu.
2. Then under
Programs navigation bar, click
Program.
The Select Semester pop-up displays…

Type at least 3 characters to begin searching for the
Semester description
.
4. Select the
Semester description you want to create/add an address.
5. Click
Continue button to open the
Add Program page.
6. On the
Type selection, choose a
Program Type.
7. In the
Short Description text box, type a short but descriptive name of the program.
This description displays in various locations within the ProClass application. It does not display to customers during online registration.
8. In the
Description text box, type a more detailed description of the program.

9. Select the
Membership Required? check box to indicate that a contact must be assigned to a membership within your organization in order to register for the program.
10. On the
Scheduling tab, complete the following:
a. Click the calendar button to select or type in the Registration Open Date text box the date that students can begin registering for this program.
If this box is left empty, registration can begin as soon as the program is saved.
b. Click the calendar button to select or type in the Start Date text box the date when the program will start.
c. Click the calendar button to select or type in the End Date text box the date when the program will end.
d. In the # Weeks text box, type the number of weeks the program is to be scheduled to run.
e. In the Start Time text box, type the time of day the program is scheduled to start each day.
f. In the End Time text box, type the time of day the program is schedule to end each day.
g. In the Regular Meet Days section, select the check box next to each day of the week the program is scheduled to regularly meet.
h. In the Specific Meet Days section, click Add new meet day... if you want to schedule a specific date the class will meet outside of, or instead of a Regular Meet Day.
11. On the
Tuition tab, add the tuition fee of the program.
12. On the
Additional Fees tab, to add any additional fees for the programs.
13. On the
Misc. tab, enter the values of the following:
a. # Seats
b. Minimum # Registrations (optional)
c. Location (optional)
d. Room (optional)
e. Course Number (optional)
f. Credit Hours (optional)
14.Click
the
Save button
to save the program.
15.Once the new program is saved, use the remaining tabs on the Edit Program page to further define important program information.
