The Miscellaneous tab on the Edit Contact page allows you to add personal information about the contact.

To complete information in the Miscellaneous tab

  1. In the Employee ID box, if appropriate, type an employee identification number to assign to the contact.

  2. In the Gender list, select Male or Female.

  3. In the Date of Birth box, click the arrow to the right of the box to select the date or type the contact's date of birth.

  4. Select the Adult check-box if the contact is 13 or older.

  5. In the SSN/Tax ID box, type the contact's Social Security number.

  6. Select the Tax ID check box if the Social Security number is the contact's Tax ID number.

  7. In the Spouse Name box, type the name of the contact's spouse.

  8. In the Business Name box, type the name of the contact's business.

  9. In the Contact Organization box, type the name of the organization with which the contact is affiliated.

  10. Use the School Fields to include school related information for a child contact.

    • In the School box, type the name of the school in which the student is enrolled.

    • In the School Type box, select the type of school in which the student is enrolled.

    • In the School State box, select the state in which the school is located.

    • In the Grade box, select the child's grade.

    • In the Kindergarten Session box, select the session in which the child is enrolled if enrolled in kindergarten.

    • In the Classroom # box, type the student's classroom number.

    • In the Child Release Option box, select the appropriate option for the child.
