The home page is the first page you will see when you log in to ProClass. This could be a portal that could lead you to all the different ProClass features.

The page has 3parts which contains the Navigation Bar, the Recent Activity dropdown and the Follow-ups/Activities/ Settings dropdown.

The Navigation Bar or Menu Bar gives you access to all the areas in the system with links and dropdowns. Hover the mouse over the option to display the dropdown menu and click to select that area of the application.

  • HOME - Links to the ProClass Home Page.

  • ACCOUNTS - gives access to accounts, account contacts and memberships and allows you to search, create, edit and delete these.           

  • DAILY ROSTER - allows you to view information about all the programs scheduled on a specific day, view class roster and track attendance.

  • CONTACTS – gives access to contacts, members, notes, follow-ups, addresses and credit cards. Also allows you to search, create, edit and delete these.

  • PROGRAMS – allows you to search for registrations as well as search for and create semesters, bundles and programs.

  • REPORTS – gives access to pre-defined ProClass reports and allows you to view and print reports on information you need to make efficient and effective business decisions. The options available in each report are different.

  • ACCOUNTING - allows you to perform payment and transaction searches, invoice accounts, refund payments, generate charges for recurring programs and run batch payments.

  • ADMINISTRATION – allows you to manage lookups dropdowns, organization and unit settings, user accounts, email templates, add fields and forms, add additional options and manage ProClass applications.

  • ONLINE REGISTRATION – links to your Online Registration page.

 

These are the most common icons you will encounter inside the system.

    Save Button – Clicking the Save Button saves any changes made or data entered to the system and refreshes the current page in your browser.

 Save and Return Button – Clicking the Save and Return Button saves any changes made or data entered to the system and redirects you to the previous page.

    New – Clicking the New Button redirects you from the blank record you are editing to a new blank record.

     Cancel – Clicking the Cancel Button discards any changes or data entered since the last save and redirects you to the previous page.

   Delete – Clicking the Delete Button prompts you a window to confirm your attempt of deleting something. This is the button that will be responsible for deleting any data or record you want to remove in the system.

   Refresh – Clicking the Refresh Button discards any changes or data entered and will refresh the current page or return its condition to the last time it was saved. 

    E-mail Contact – Clicking the E-mail Contact Button redirects you to the Send E-mail page where you can compose the message in a rich textbox editor.

    Send E-mail – Clicking the Send E-mail Button on the Send E-mail page sends the e-mail you have created to the recipient.

   Preview - Clicking the Preview Button on the Send E-mail page allows you to see an actual version of the contents displayed on the E-mail Preview page which allows the user to confirm the accuracy of the content and addresses and placement of graphics and images.

  Edit - Clicking the Edit Button allows you to edit the information that has previously been saved or stored in the system.

         Select – Clicking the Select Button either allows you to view the information or redirects you to its Edit page.

  Receive Payment – Clicking the Receive Payment Button allows you to add a payment for that account or contact.

   Add Note – Clicking the Add Note Button allows you to add a note for the account or contact.

Print – Clicking the Print Button sends the display on the page to your default printer and allows you print invoices, transactions, letters and other information and data.
