Customizable Class Management

You can use the Credit Card tab on the Edit Contact page to store credit card information for a contact. If credit card information is stored for a contact you can then select that card information when processing a credit card payment for an account.

To add credit card information for the contact

1. In the Credit Cards tab, click Add new credit card....

2. In the Type list, select a credit card type.

3. In the Number box, type the credit card number.

4. In the Expiration Month box, select the month in which the credit card expires.

5. In the Expiration Year box, select the year the credit card expires.

6. In the Name on Card box, type the name that appears on the credit card.

7. In the Billing Address box, select the billing address for the credit card.
   If the correct address does not appear in the drop-down box, select New Address, and then add the address to the add the address information.

8. Click Edit if the selected billing address needs to be changed.

9. Click the Save and Return button to return to the Edit Contact page.

 

 To edit credit card information for the contact

1. In the Credit Cards tab, click the Edit button next to the credit card you want to edit.

2. Select the Active? check box to activate the card or clear the Active? check box to mark the card as inactive.

3. Click in the Expiration Month box to change the month the card expires.

4. Click in the Expiration Year box to change the year the card expires.

5. Click in the Name on Card box to change the name associated to the credit card.

6. Click in the Billing Address box to change the billing address for the credit card.
   If the correct address does not appear in the drop-down box, select New Address, and then add the address to the add the address information.

7. Click Edit if the selected billing address needs to be changed.

8. Click the Delete  button to delete the credit card from the system.
   In order to delete a credit card it must first be marked as inactive.

            Note: A credit card number cannot be changed once it has been entered into the system. If the card number is incorrect, you must delete the card and add the card again with the correct number.
