1. From the
Create menu
2. Then under
People navigation bar, click
Contact for existing account.
The Select Account pop-up displays…
3. Type at least 3 characters to begin searching for the name of the
Account.
4. Select the name of the
Account you want to add a new contact.
5. Click
Continue button to open the
Add Contact page.
Or
Cancel button to cancel operation.
6. In the
Personal Info section, do the following:
a. In the Account Type selection, choose the type of the account.
b. Enter the Account Name.
c. In the Account Contact Type selection, choose the relationship of the contact to the account.
d. Contact’s Title (optional)
e. Contact’s Salutation (optional)
f. Contact’s First Name (optional)
g. Contact’s M.I. (optional)
h. Contact’s Last Name*
7. Use the
tabs at the bottom of the
Edit/Add Contact page to add, edit, or view additional information related to the contact.
8. Click the
Save button to save the contact information.
