Basic information about your company, such as your company name is stored in the Edit Unit page. A "Unit" in ProClass is an operating unit of your organization.
Verify your basic company information is correct in the Edit Unit page

In the administration menu, click Manage YourCompanyName Unit.

Click in the Primary Phone or Secondary Phone box to change a phone number for the unit.

Click in the Default Payment Terms box to change the default payment terms for invoices generated for accounts. If left blank, the system default payment term is Net 30.

Select the Show CC Options on Invoice? check-box to display active credit card types as optional payment methods on invoices.

Click in the Name box to edit name of the unit.

Use the Address Line One, Address Line Two, City, State, and Postal Code boxes, to change the address of the unit.

Click the Save button to save the changes.
