Program Bundles allow you to group two or more programs together to be sold as one program or program package. Programs must be within the same semester.
(Note: Depending on the terminology your organization has chosen to use, bundles might be titled Packages, or another term used for a set of programs grouped together to be sold as one. For the purpose of this documentation, they will be referred to as the Bundles.)
1. From the
Create menu.
2. Then under
Programs navigation bar, click
Bundle.
The Select Semester pop-up displays…
3. Type at least 3 characters to begin searching for the
Semester description.
4. Select the
Semester description you want to create/add a bundle.
5. Click
Continue button to open the
Add Bundle page.
6. On the
Type selection, choose a
Bundle Type.
7. In the
Name text box, enter the name of bundle.
8. To set the
Calculation Type and
Price of the bundle, do one of the following:
· If Dollar is selected, enter the total price amount in the Price text box for the bundle of programs.
· If Percentage, enter the percentage in the Amount text box of the combined program prices to charge for the bundle. For example, type 80% to set the bundle price at 80% of the total cost of the programs.
9. Click the calendar button to select or type in the
Expiration Date text box the date when the bundle price should expire.
(NOTE: If left blank, the bundle price will remain available until the programs are full.)
10. Click
the
Save button
to save the bundle.
11. In the
Programs tab, click
Add programs…
12. Use the
Bundle Program Search to locate the programs you want to bundle.
13. Select the check-box next to each program to be included in the bundle.
14. Then click the
Save button.
15. View the
Info section to determine if the bundle price displays as you intended:
· If Dollar was selected in step 8, the percentage off of the total program prices will display next to the Price text box.
· If Percentage was selected in step 8, the discounted Price will display next to the Amount text box.
16. Use the
Online Registration tab to make the program bundle available for online registration.
17. Use the
Online Photo tab to add a photo to display for online registration.
18. Click the
Save button when you are finished creating the program bundle.
(NOTE: You can use the Registrations tab to view a list of students who have registered for the program bundle.)
