The Memberships tab on the Recent Activity section of the Home Page allows you to see the newly created, purchased and the memberships which have been recently modified.
NOTE: This tab will not be visible in your Home page if you are not using memberships in your system.
Under the Memberships tab:
The grid below displays the account names and the membership details of the newly created, purchased or modified memberships.
The Account Name where the membership was purchased is a link which redirects you to the Edit Account page and allows you to edit the information of this account. Use the tabs at the bottom of the Edit Account page to add or edit additional information for the account. Click the Save and Return button to save the changes you have made and return to the Home page. In the same way, the Membership Type is also a link which redirects you to the Edit Membership Types page where you can edit the information for this membership type. Use the tabs at the bottom of the page to set for online registration, eligibility and active memberships for this membership type. Click the Save and Return button to save the changes to the information and go back to the Home page.
On the rightmost column of the grid is an icon which allows you to manage a specific membership.
Edit Membership Icon redirects you to the Edit Membership page and allows you to edit the information for the selected membership. Click the Save button to save the changes to the membership information. You can use the Contacts tab to select contacts to which the membership should be applied and the Comments tab to include any information about the membership. You can also use the links on the toolbar to Renew or Cancel the Membership.
The link at the bottom of the grid allows you to search for more memberships in the system. Click the Search for more Memberships link to redirect to the Memberships Search page where you can add search filters to locate the membership you are looking for. The Go To Page link on the bottom right side of the grid allows you to go directly to the page where the membership you are looking for or you want to manage is located.
