The Accounts tab on the Edit Contact page displays a list of accounts the contact is associated with, if they are active or not, and what roles play within that account (i.e. primary, billing, emergency). From this tab, you can click the Edit button for any associated account to retrieve that account record.

  Column

  Description

  ID

  Displays the ID number of the associated account.

  Name

  Displays the account name.

  Contact Type

  Displays the account contact type.

  Active

  A green check in this column indicates that the contact is the Active account contact for the account.

  Primary

  A green check in this column indicates that the contact is the Primary account contact for the account.

  Billing

  A green check in this column indicates that the contact is the Billing account contact for the account.

  Emergency

  A green check in this column indicates that the contact is the Emergency account contact for the account.

  Edit Button

  Click to open the Edit Account page.
