REGISTRATION ADDITIONAL ITEM

This section allows you to add or assign additional options to a registration.

To add/edit Additional Item to a registration
  1. On the Edit Program/Class, Edit Student or Edit Account pages, click the Registrations tab.

  2. Click the Edit button next to the registration you want to add an additional item to open the Edit Registration page.

  3. Click the Additional Options tab and select from the Add new dropdown, the additional item you want to add to this registration.

    The Add Registration Additional Option page displays.

  4. In the About section is the ID, the Registration this additional item is assigned to and the dates the additional item assigned to the registration was created and modified.

  5. In the General Info section are the additional item type and title. Type in the Unit Price box an amount you want for this registration additional option. This defaults to the unit price you have set when additional option was assigned to the program.

  6. Type a number in the Quantity box to indicate the quantity you want for this item in the registration. This must be within the minimum and maximum quantity you have set when assigned to the program.

  7. In the Total Price box, type an amount you would charge for this registration additional option.

  8. Use the Comments tab below to add comments to this item. The first box is the Student Comments box, which could be a question, shirt size or anything appropriate for the additional item.
    NOTE: The label might change depending on what was typed in the Comment Field Label box.

  9. Type in the User Comments box any suitable information related to the registration additional option.

  10. Click the Save  button to save the information and add this additional option to the registration.

  11. Use the other tabs to view more information on this additional option.

    • Additional Options Tab- Allows you to view more details of the additional option like the picture, details and price. You can click the Edit link to edit the information of the additional option in the Edit Additional Option page.

    • Transactions Tab- Shows the transaction record for the additional option purchased. You can click the Edit button next to the transaction to void it or add manual adjustments.

  12. Click the Save and Return button and return to the Edit Registration page.

 
To delete/remove an additional item from a registration
  1. On the Edit Registration page, click the Additional Options tab.

  2. Click the Edit button next to the additional option you want to delete.

    The Edit Registration Additional Option page displays.

  3. On the Transactions tab, click the Edit button next to the shown transactions.

  4. Click the Void Transaction link at the top of the page. Click Yes to confirm the cancellation.

  5. Click the Delete button on the Edit Registration Additional Option page.

  6. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
