The follow-ups tab shows the follow-ups you scheduled for that day. This is used as reminder that you have to follow-up with a contact.

In the grid, you will see the follow-ups you have scheduled for that day and on the rightmost column are icons you can use for that follow-up.

 Edit Follow-Up Icon allows you to edit the follow-up and redirects you to the Edit Follow-up page where you can do the necessary changes especially with the date and time or type. You can also use the tabs at the bottom of the page to type the comments you have for this follow-up. Click the Save and Return button at the top of the page to change the changes you have made and return to the Home Page.

Edit Note Icon allows you to edit the note where the follow-up is associated. Clicking this icon redirects you to the Edit Note page where you can select the follow-up by clicking the Edit button beside it or add a new follow-up to this note by clicking the Add New follow-up link at the bottom of the grid on the Follow-Ups tab at the bottom of the page. Click the Return button to return to the Home Page after doing the necessary changes.

 Complete Follow-Up Icon is used to mark the follow-up as completed. A separate window will appear wherein you have to select from the Completed By dropdown the user who has completed the follow-up and in the Completed Date box, you have to input the date when this follow-up has been completed. A textbox for Comments is also provided where you can input the comments for the completed follow-up. Click Save to save the data and mark this follow-up as completed.

 Cancel Follow-Up Icon is used to cancel the follow-up. A separate window will appear wherein you have to select from the Cancellation Reason dropdown the reason why this follow-up has been cancelled. A textbox for the Comments is also provided where you can input the comments for this follow-up. Click Save to save the data and cancel this follow-up.
