The Follow-Ups/ Activities/
Settings section notifies you if you have any scheduled or overdue follow-ups,
allow you to change your password and edit your email signature and manage your
home page settings.
In this section, you will see a
chevron icon
which
makes the Recent Activity section be visible or hidden in the Home Page.

activities and change home page settings.
