The Program Groups tab on the Recent Activity section of the Home Page allows you to see the newly created Program Groups, Program Groups which has recent changes and the search functionality.

Under the Program Groups tab:

When the Show Recent Activity button is selected, the grid below displays the program groups which has been recently edited and updated. Select the Search For radio button to search for existing program groups. Type in the box the name of the program group you are looking for and click the go icon. The results with the inputted name will appear on the grid below.


On the rightmost column of the grid are icons which allow you to manage a specific program group.

Edit Icon redirects you to the Edit Program Group page and allows you to do the necessary changes for that group. Click the Save and Return button to save the changes and return to the Home page.

Add Program/ Class Icon redirects you to the Add Program/Class page and allows you to add a class for the selected Program Group. Click the Save and Return button to save the changes and return to the Home page.

 Print Confirmation Icon redirects you to the Print Confirmation Letters page wherein you have to select the name of students registered to that Program Group that you want a confirmation letter to be printed. Click the Print button at the top of the page. After the confirmation letters have been printed, click the Return Icon to go back to the Home page.

 

There are links at the bottom of the grid which allows you to add a new program group or search for more program groups existing in the system. Clicking the Add New Program Group link redirects you to the Add Program Group page where you can fill in the required fields and click the Save and Return button to save the new program group. Clicking the Search for more Program Groups link redirects you to the Program Group Search page where you can add search filters to locate the program group you are looking for.
