To create Program Certification

The Add Certification page allows you to add the information of a certification assigned to a student.

1.       From the Create menu.
2.       Then under Programs navigation bar, click Program Certification.

The Select Registration pop-up displays…

3.       Type at least 3 characters to begin searching for the Registration description.

4.       Select the name of the Registration you want to add a new certification.

5.       Click Continue button to open the Add Certification page

6.       On the General Info section, do the following:

a.       On the Type selection, choose a Certification Type.

b.       On the Issued By selection, choose a Certification Issued By Type. (optional)

c.       Click the calendar button   to select or type in the Issue Date text box the date that the certification is issued to the contact. (optional)

d.       Click the calendar button   to select or type in the Expiration Date text box the date that the certification if there is an expiration date. (optional)

e.       Enter the Document Description. (optional)

f.        Enter the Document Location (URL). (optional)

7.       Click the Save  button to save the certification to the contact.

8.       You may click the Lock link on top, to lock the certification.
(NOTE: Only users with enabled security permission have the option to unlock and make changes to locked certifications.)
