The Programs/ Classes tab on the
Recent Activity section of the Home Page allows you to see the newly created
Programs/ Classes, Programs/ Classes which has recent changes and the search
functionality.
Under the Programs/ Classes tab:
When the Show Recent Activity
button is selected, the grid below displays the programs/ classes which has
been recently edited and updated. Select the Search For radio button to search
for existing programs/ classes. Type in the box the name of the program you are
looking for and click the go icon .
The results with the inputted name will appear on the grid below.
On the rightmost column of the
grid are icons which allow you to manage a specific program/ class.
Edit Icon redirects you to the
Edit Program/ Class page and allows you to do the necessary changes for that
program.
NOTE: If the program is a Recurring
type program you will not be able to edit some fields.
After all the changes have been made, click
the Save button and click the Return button to return to the Home page.
Take Attendance Icon redirects you to the
Attendance page and allows you to select the date you would like to take
attendance of. The black colored dates are the ones which attendance has
already been checked and the red dates are the ones that attendance has not yet
been taken. After which, click the Save and Return button to save the
attendance for the day and return to the Home page.
Copy Program/ Class Icon
redirects you to the Copy Program/ Class page and allows you to copy the
program / class to a new one.
1. Select the appropriate program group from the Program Group box.
2. Click the arrow to the right of the box to select the date or type
the Start Date and End Date for the new class.
3. In the Registration Open
Datebox, click to select the date or type the date students can begin
registering for this program.
If this box is left empty, registration can begin as soon as the program is
saved.
4. Select the check-box next to Membership Overrides,
Additional Fees, Instructors, or Media to copy those additional items from the source program to
the new program.
5. Click the Save
button to
save the program, and then click OK
in the confirmation box.
6. Click the Return button to return to the Home page.
Print Confirmation Icon redirects you to the
Print Confirmation Letters page wherein you have to select the name of students
registered to that Program/ Class that you want a confirmation letter to be
printed. Click the Print button at the top of the page. After the confirmation
letters have been printed, click the Return Icon to go back to the Home page.
E-mail Confirmation Letters Icon allows you to
send a copy of their confirmation letter to the students who have e-mail
addresses and have not yet printed or e-mailed their confirmation letters.
Click OK in the confirmation box.
There
are links at the bottom of the grid which allows you to add a new program/
class or search for more programs/classes in the system. Clicking the Add New
Program/Class link redirects you to the Add New Program/ Class page where you
can fill in the required fields and click the Save and Return button to save
the new program. Clicking the Search for
more Programs/Classes link redirects you to the Programs/Classes Search page
where you can add search filters to locate the program you are looking for.
