To create an Address

1.       From the Create menu

2.       Then under People navigation bar, click Address.

The Select Contact pop-up displays…

3.       Type at least 3 characters to begin searching for the name of Contact.

4.       Select the name of the Contact you want to create/add an address.

5.       Click Continue button to open the Add Address page.

6.       On the Add Address page, do the following:

a.       Select a Country

b.       Select the Primary check box if the address will be the primary address for the contact.              

You can select any address as Primary, however only one address can be marked as Primary at a time.

c.       Select a type in the Address Type selection box, to indicate the type of address you are adding.

d.       Type a street number and name in the Address Line One text box.

e.       Type any additional street address information in the Address Line Two text box.

f.        Type the name of the city in the City text box

g.       Select a state in the State selection box.

h.       Type the zip code for the address in the ZIP text box.

i.         Click the calendar button   to select or type a date in the Start Date text box to indicate the date the contact can be reached at the address.

j.         Click to calendar button  to select or type a date in the End Date text box to indicate the date the contact can no longer be reached at the address.

k.       Click the Save and Return  button to return to the Create New Item page.

     (NOTE: You can add as many addresses as needed for the contact.)
