This section allows you to add a form section to a user-defined form.

To add or edit form sections

1.       On the Administration Menu, select Manage User-Defined Forms.
          The User-Defined Forms page displays.

2.       Click the Edit button next to the form you want to add or edit a form section to.
          The Edit User-Defined Form page displays.

To add a form section

Click the Sections tab at the bottom of the page and you will see the grid of the existing sections of the selected form. Click the Add Form Section link at the bottom of the grid.

To edit a form section

Click the Sections tab at the bottom of the page and click the Edit button next to the existing Form Section you want to edit.

4.       In the About section, are the ID number, Application, Form Type, Data Entity Type, Form Name and the dates the form section was created and modified.

5.       In the General Info section, you will see the Is Visible? checkbox, sort order box, type dropdown, title box and the fixed height box.

6.       Select the Is Visible? checkbox to make this form section visible and be displayed in the selected user-defined form or clear the checkbox to hide
          this section from the form.

7.       In the Sort Order box, type in a value on which order you want the form section be displayed on the form.

8.       Click the Type dropdown and select or change the form section type you want or how you would like this section to appear on form.

9.       In the Fixed Height box, type an amount in pixels of the size that you want for this section.

10.   Click the Save button to save the changes that has been made.

11.   Click the tabs at the bottom of the page to add additional information:

              a.       Current Section Fields tab allows you to view, edit or remove the section fields that are currently being used on the form.

              b.      Available Fields tab allows you to select and add or edit the form sections that have not yet been used in any form section.

              c.       Fields in Other Sections tab allows you to edit or move field that are on other sections to this form section.

12.   Click the Save and Return button to save the changes and return to the Edit User-Defined Form page.

 Note: In order to view the form sections you added, make sure that the form where you are adding the sections to should be set active.

 To delete a form section

1.       On the Administration Menu, select Manage User-Defined Forms.
          The User-Defined Forms page displays.

2.       Click the Edit button next to the form where the form section you want to delete is located.
          The Edit User-Defined Form page displays.

3.       Click the Sections tab at the bottom of the page and click the Edit button next to the form section you want to delete.

4.       Click the Delete button at the top of the page.

5.       Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
