The Payments tab on the Recent Activity section of the Home Page allows you to see the newly created or applied payments and the payments which have been recently modified.

Under the Payments tab:

The grid below displays the account names and the payment details of the newly created, applied or modified invoices.

The Account Name where the payment was applied to is a link which redirects you to the Edit Account page and allows you to edit the information of this account. Use the tabs at the bottom of the Edit Account page to add or edit additional information for the account. Click the Save and Return button to save the changes you have made and return to the Home page.

On the rightmost column of the grid are icons which allow you to manage a specific payment.

 Edit Payment Icon redirects you to the Edit Payment page and allows you to edit some of the information for the selected payment. If the payment is applied to any transactions, you will first need to unapply the payment from each transaction. Click the Save button to save the changes to the payment and then apply the payment to open charges. You can use the Transactions tab to edit transactions related to this payment or where this payment is applied.

Print Receipt Icon sends the receipt to your printer and displays in the report preview at the bottom of the page. To export the receipt to a PDF or Excel file, click in the Export box, select a format, and then click Export.

The link at the bottom of the grid allows you to search for more payments in the system. Click the Search for more Payments link to redirect to the Payments Search page where you can add search filters to locate the payment you are looking for. The Go To Page link on the bottom right side of the grid allows you to go directly to the page where the payment you are looking for or you want to manage is located.
